Book Reviews Needed

So, one of my goals this year was to read more books. They don't have to be books that are multi-thousand page highly-informational text books, I want books that are fun. Maybe even some of the classics that I haven't come across yet.

So what I need from you are suggestions. (Please!!)

What have you been reading? What do you enjoy reading?

I actually have an e-reader too, so there really is no excuse not to find a good book and get cozy.

Why am I so desperate for a good book? Well, when I am running from place to place all day, and I find a few extra minutes, I could pick up a book more easily than I could pick up my knitting. I also just miss that way of exploring. Now it is all sitcoms on TV, which are great--I love the shows that P & I get to watch together, but a good book would sure be nice to get familiar with again.

Happy recommending :)

PS. Congrats to my lovely Mama for finishing her first 15K!

  1. Congrats to your mom indeed.

I'm currently reading My Grandfather's Blessings, but have been sucked into the world of cozies for most of my reading. I'm looking forward to a little inspiration from you and your readers too.

  2. I loved Water for Elephants, have you read that? Also, I have a set of short (tiny really) cozies. They were 99 cents each. Hmm - what are they called? Chan? The dog ones. Death Goes to the Dogs by Teresa Whatson. There are 4 now. I like Authors: Antoinette Stockenberg, Kristin Hannah, and Emily Griffith. You should check my library and see if there is anything you want to read before a "lend me" expires. g
